Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what's and isn't allowed when using AlphaHost, so the platform stays safe, reliable, and fair for every customer. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
Fraud and illegal activity
You may not use AlphaHost to commit or facilitate fraud, money laundering, or any activity that's illegal under Kenyan law or the law of the jurisdiction you're operating in. This includes using stolen payment details, impersonating another person or business, or misrepresenting the goods or services a subscription is being billed for.
Payment abuse
Deliberately initiating payments you intend to dispute fraudulently, exploiting the platform's discount or coupon system outside its intended use, or attempting to trigger duplicate refunds for the same transaction are all violations of this policy.
Automation abuse
Automated scripting, scraping, or bulk account creation intended to bypass rate limits, abuse free trials or discounts, or overwhelm the platform's infrastructure is not permitted. Normal use of the platform's own features, including its notification and reminder systems, is of course fine.
Spam and unsolicited communication
AlphaHost's own newsletter tools may not be used to send unsolicited bulk communication to individuals who haven't opted in, and you may not use any part of the platform to harvest or resell contact information.
Account misuse
Sharing account credentials in a way that lets unauthorized third parties access your subscription, or attempting to access another customer's account or data without authorization, is prohibited.
Impersonation
Creating an account that impersonates Alphacode Solutions, AlphaHost, or another person or organization without authorization is prohibited.
Interfering with security
Attempting to probe, scan, disable, or circumvent any security control on the platform, including rate limiting, verification checks, or access controls, without prior written authorization from Alphacode Solutions is prohibited, even if no actual harm results.
Suspension and termination
Violating this policy may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account, depending on severity, at Alphacode Solutions's reasonable discretion. Financial records tied to a terminated account are retained per our Data Retention Policy regardless of the account's standing.
