Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using AlphaHost, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you're using AlphaHost on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that company to these terms.
Account usage
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate registration information and keep your profile details current, particularly your phone number, since it's used to process M-Pesa payments. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Subscriptions and billing periods
Subscriptions begin only once a payment for that subscription has actually succeeded, never simply from the date you registered. If you choose a billing period (monthly, annual, or another available duration), your subscription runs for that full period from the moment payment clears. Renewing before your current period ends extends your subscription from its existing expiry date, not from today. You never lose paid time you've already covered by renewing early.
Payments
All payments are processed via M-Pesa. You authorize the corresponding charge on your phone at the time of each payment. AlphaHost does not store or have the ability to independently initiate a charge to your account without your active confirmation through your own device. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are inclusive of any tax noted on your invoice.
Renewals
Subscriptions do not renew automatically without your action. You choose when to make a renewal payment. As your renewal date approaches, we'll send reminder notifications; if your subscription lapses, certain features may become unavailable until you renew, without deleting your account or historical data.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is covered separately in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Your responsibilities
- Use the platform only for lawful billing and subscription-management purposes
- Provide accurate account, contact, and payment information
- Not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features
- Not use the platform to defraud any party, including Alphacode Solutions itself
Restrictions
Full restrictions on acceptable use, including fraud, automation abuse, and account misuse, are set out in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Termination
You may deactivate or delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, engage in fraudulent or abusive activity, or where required by law. Financial records tied to a terminated account are retained per our Data Retention Policy, independent of the account's status.
Limitation of liability
AlphaHost is provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alphacode Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Intellectual property
The AlphaHost name, logo, and platform design are the property of Alphacode Solutions. These Terms don't grant you any right to use our branding except as necessary to use the service as intended.
Dispute resolution
We'd rather resolve a disagreement directly. Contact us first via Contact & Support and we'll make a genuine effort to resolve it promptly. Where a dispute can't be resolved this way, it will be handled under the governing law below.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
