We aim for high availability as described in our Service Level Statement, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, third-party service interruptions, and unforeseen incidents can all affect availability from time to time.
Third-party integrations
AlphaHost relies on third-party services, including the mobile payment network used to process M-Pesa transactions and the mail service used to deliver email, to provide parts of the platform. We're not responsible for outages, delays, or errors originating from a third-party service outside our direct control, though we'll always work to minimize their impact and communicate what's happening.
Accuracy of information
While we take care to keep pricing, invoices, and account information accurate, Alphacode Solutions is not liable for losses arising from a technical error, provided we correct any confirmed error promptly once identified.
